Shelta Space signs a partnership MOU with SKT Aeroshutter

On February 6, 2022 – Shelta Space and SKT Aeroshutter (SKT) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that the two companies have entered into a partnership that will allow each company to double the size of their market shares.

The Chief Financial Officer of Shelta Space, Munir Hadi Kwesi Saeed and Mr. Francis Owusu, Chief Executive Officer of SKT, represented both parties and signed on behalf of Shelta Space and SKT respectively. Both parties share the goals of developing business opportunities in the construction and service sector within Ghana.

The signing of this MOU is to also enable the two entities establish a working relationship to service customers of Shelta Space with a range of unmanned aerial services, such as construction survey, and mapping, inspection and monitoring, security and surveillance, as well as any other unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) product sales and related services.

Messrs. Hadi and Owusu expressed their satisfaction about this partnership and underlined the signification of the collaboration, which they believe stands the potential of yielding positive strides for their respective companies.

Hassan Mohammed Salih, the Chief Executive Officer of Shelta Space also expressed his satisfaction with the partnership, stating that this is a step in the right direction because just like SKT, Shelta Space is expanding into other countries in the sub region. He urged the parties to endeavor to operationalize the MoU for the mutualization of efforts as they expand to other countries or new markets.
