April 8, 2022 – SKT Aeroshutter Ltd (SKT) and G4S Security Services Ltd (G4S Ghana) have signed a memorandum of understanding to enable both parties to explore business opportunities in the private security sector in Ghana.

Mr. Michael Gyapah (Managing Director – G4S Ghana) and Mr. Francis Owusu (Chief Executive Officer – SKT), represented both parties and signed on behalf of their respective organizations.

As an industry player, G4S Ghana is the leading integrated security solutions company in Ghana. The company has world-class expertise in the areas of protective security, manned guarding, secure mobility services, alarm monitoring and response, Cash in Transit, Bullion movement, vehicle tracking, risk consultancy, and security surveys. Mr. Gyapah, the Managing Director of G4S also expressed his satisfaction with the partnership, stating that this is a step in the right direction because both parties will be able to leverage the fast-growing UAV technology to better serve their clients.
